Is there a way to get rid of the blurry lights? Why does this happen and is there a way I can prevent the lights from doing this? Also, any suggestions on how to edit this picture to get rid of the lines? Thanks so much!

We see that you are having an issue with blurry lights in your photo.
We’d be happy to help you!
If the photo was not in focus completely or if the camera was moving the lights can blur this way.
If this is happening with multiple photos, you can follow the steps in If the camera or flash on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch isn't working.
You can try using the built in editing feature through the steps in Edit photos and videos on iPhone to see if you can reduce the blur from the lights.
