When I put a CD in my PC I'm getting a list of songs from the CD but there are no boxes on the left to choose specific tunes. Tried highlighting the songs that I wanted but when I try to download, Itunes starts copying the whole CD. How do I get the boxes back? Thanks!
In iTunes' top bar menu, go to Edit/Preferences/General>Show: > List view tickboxes and make sure there is a tick in that box. Click on the box to add the tick (clicking again will remove it).
