Payment failure

I want to buy an iPad air through apple india online store. But while completing the payment once i enter the otp, the page goes back to check out and says authentication failed. I have tried with all my 3 cards and its the same everytime. Can anyone plz help me solve this… coz the apple support was of no help :(
