I can't add a new method of payment to iCloud

The bank renewed my card, my old card was canceled and a new one was activated, so I could not pay the iCloud fee. I can not add a new card to pay the fee.

Being able to update your payment information is important, and Apple Support Communities is a great place for help. From the information you provided it sounds as though you may need to add the new payment information before removing the old details. You can find the steps on how to add the new card first using the following link.


Change, add, or remove Apple ID payment methods


That article also lists the steps on how to remove the older payment details once the card is added.
