Encrypted sparsebundle security

Does uploading an encrypted sparsebundle via my ISP make that sparsebundle less secure?

For example, does the transmission via ISP's of that sparsebundle facilitate the theft and hacking of that sparsebundle?

In general, how secure is a 256-bit encrypted sparsebundle?

Does uploading an encrypted disk image decrypt or weaken AES encryption? No.

How secure is AES encryption? At present, there are no known cryptographic attacks against AES-128 nor AES-256 itself, with existing attacks involving known or weak keys, or compromised AES implementations, etc.

If you should need better than AES, then you should also want specific help with cryptography and with personal and data security.
