set up new phone

I just upgraded my phone today in store. I activated it, but couldn't stay and wait for all my aps to get downloaded. I came home to use my wifi , but am having issues with it connecting to it. I found the wifi, put in the password it pops up and then goes away. It says it is connected but it is not.

please help. I have reset and restored it and still the same issue

Try these troubleshooting steps. If your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch won’t connect to a Wi-Fi network - Apple Support You may wish to force restart your iPhone before trying that to see if that helps. See the information here to force restart the iPhone. Force restart iPhone - Apple Support
