Caller Id when calling out

In addition to ChrisJ4203’s suggestion, check Settings > Phone > Show My Caller ID.

What to Try:

A. Reset Network Settings:

1. Go to: Settings
2. Tap: General
3. Tap: Reset
4. Tap: Reset Network Settings
5. Enter: your passcode. (if prompted)
6. Tap: Reset Network Settings

B. Perform a Restart:

1. Go To: Settings
2. Select: General
3. Select: Shut Down
4. Start Up: the iPhone

C. New iCloud Session:

Try signing out of iCloud, restarting your iPhone, and then signing back in.

To Sign Out:

1. Go to: Settings
2. Tap: your name (top item)
3. Tap: Sign Out (very bottom)
4. Enter: Apple ID Password (what you used on these forums)
5. Tap: Turn Off button

Caller ID comes from your carrier. If you are not getting anywhere with the app developer, check with your carrier to see if there is an issue on their end.
