Apple Numbers formulas

Good day! I’m trying to find a PDF list of ALL of the Apple Numbers Formulas & Functions please, and the basics of how to use them. I already downloaded an iBook with 500+ pages from Apple, but it’s missing most of them. I found a page in Support that only shows a page of viewing at a time, then you have to go back, select a page, and keep going. It’s frustrating!!! I don’t understand why Apple doesn’t have this in a PDF somewhere useful.
