My Apple Watch shut off one day and when it came back on it’s still had a charge but the Wi-Fi will not turn on and neither will the Bluetooth why is this?

Apple watch series 5 keeps disconnecting My apple watch keeps disconnecting from my iphone even when it's in range and the bluetooth is on. I tried to turn the airplane mode on and off again for a couple of times but it didn't work, I even tried to do the same thing with the bluetooth but that didn't work either. what should i do?

Dont know for sure, but try restarting it. Does that help?
