I was wondering if I could trade in my iPhone 12? I came in to the store and bought the 12 but have recently realised I wanted the pro max. But on the website it doesn’t allow me to choose the iPhone 12 as a trade in. Is that because it is the newest one and isn’t able to be traded in?

That's what I assume from seeing it isn't on the list.
I presume it is too late for your to simply return the 12 you have now?
