Can I revert to an earlier Mail Version (12.4) from Big Sur?

Is there a way to revert back to the 12.4 Mail version after trying the upgrade that came with Big Sur? There are so many things I dislike with the new viewer and format not to mention the absence of the stationary. However- I'm willing to give up the stationary if I can get the header spaced out with SEARCH easily accessible. I've tried customizing but it still runs everything together (unlike the older version where they're organized and separated). I also can't seem to figure out how to view the reference for which folder the message is hiding in when I do a search. I use the column view but can't seem to add the helpful info I had in the prior column view.

You would have to revert the to system that included the Mail version that you like. If you have Time Machine you can do that by following this Apple document: Restore your Mac from a backup - Apple Support .

Be sure to archive any emails you've received since upgrading to Big Sur so you can add them back to your preview emails. Also make a full TM backup of your boot drive so you can get any needed documents that were created since the Big Sur upgrade.

With the "Customize Toolbar" option you can place the Search button nearly anywhere on the toolbar you want:

So - in other words, no? I don't want to revert my entire OS - just the Mail version. I've spent hours trying to customize the header and get it as easy to read as it was in the older version. I have the Search on there - but you have to click to open it before you can type in anything.
I also can not figure out how to add the columns of info I used to have in the viewer window (attachments, mailbox, flag). Also why isn't the color of the flag visible when you see the list of emails in the inbox?
Frustrating-

Thats correct, no stand alone version of the Mail.app baked into the macOS
