When did this happen? Apple’s update servers were having problems on June 17.
What model phone (go to Settings/General/About and post the model name?
What is the current version (Settings/General/About - Software Version)?
Do you have a good, strong Wi-Fi connection (NOT a personal hotspot)?
Are you connected to VPN? (it won’t update over VPN)
Is the phone jailbroken?
