Apple Watch says “wrong passcode open the Apple Watch app on your phone, go to passcode, then tap re-enable passcode entry to try again” the problem is, is that I was giving this watch. How do I completely reset it to as if I got it out of the box?
The person that you got this watch from needs to follow all the steps in this link;
Prepare the watch so the buyer can use it.
If they can't or won't then recycle the watch and put it down to experience.
