My iPhone and iPad have quit downloading mail from my aol account. The error message is that I need to enter my password, which I have done multiple times. My MacBook receives the mail just fine with the same password. What do I do?

My iPhone and iPad have quit downloading mail from my aol account. The error message message is that I need to enter my aol password, which I have done multiple times with no success. My MacBook continues to receive this mail with no problems. What can I do?
