Cannot access my subscriptions

Every time I try to access my subscriptions through my iPhone or iPad I get the same “cannot connect” message. Anyone have any luck with this? I’ve seen some other similar situations but no answers. Help.

We see that you're unable to view your subscriptions on both your iPhone and iPad, and that you see a "Cannot Connect" error message.

You can also use a Mac or PC to view your subscriptions. Follow the steps in this guide.


If you're still unable to view your subscriptions, or if you don't have access to another device, then contact support: Apple Support
