E-sim doesn’t work

Hello, i have an iphone xp and i can't connect a e-sim. When scanning qr writes that the device does not support

iPhone XR, iOS 14

Ok, then …


Verify that you ARE within the signal footprint the eSIM carrier and that the QR code was unique for you (i.e. not a copy of someone elses eSIM QR code)


Then, is anything in this article helpful?


(the “no carrier lock” and 1st SIM” CDMA restrictions seem significant)
