I wish to access my iTunes account. But no longer own an Apple product (I had a Mac once) and my AppleID is an email that I no longer have. How can I change my AppleID so I can open my iTunes?

Change your Apple ID



But you must have your previous credentials to do so. Your iTunes account is tied to the Apple ID it was created with. With those credentials you will lose any content you purchased.

If you still know the password for your Apple ID then you can still access it. The fact the email no longer exists has no impact on the functionality of the Apple ID. You can access the account through iTunes on a Windows computer to get all your purchases.


If you no longer remember the Password to the Apple ID, then you will need to contact Apple Support to regain access to it, as the Password recovery process uses the email address to send the email to reset the password. click here: link-> Contact Apple Support


If you cannot recover the password and regain access to the account, then you will lose access to all its purchases.
