how Do I turn all my documents back on? Like home camera all delta is lost

Thanks for using the Apple Support Communities. It sounds as though you're looking to recover data missing from your iPhone. Do you store your documents and data in iCloud? If so, you may just need to turn that back on. Go to Settings > Your Name > iCloud and review the list of apps and if disabled turn on the ones you need. Please keep it mind, you'll need to allow a bit of time for your items to sync back to your iPhone.
