Just paid thru my apple id but cannot access games because I cannot remember my email password

If you need the email password, go to the email provider's web site, and see if you can find a reset password option.
If it is an Apple email, the password should be the same as your Apple ID password.
If you forgot the Apple ID password, enter the Apple (iCloud) ID, and click Forgot Password. See if you can get a Rescue or Notification email option if necessary. Link to contact Apple Support at the end of the 2nd article.
