On converting iPad handwritten notes to PDF - sentences are broken, tables are compressed - content is not readable

Hi,

I noticed the below two issues in PDF file, after I exported my iPad notes to PDF on my MacBook.

a sentence is broken between two pages. Half line is displayed in previous page end and other half in the top of next page.
tables from notes are compressed, no scroll and content is displayed as letters.
Grids used in notes are not displayed in PDF.

This issue in apple is quiet disappointing. Also cause I will not be able to share this format with those who have no access to iOS device. And thereby I must redo and type out the entire handwritten notes, to be able to share. kindly please advice.
