Unable to verify account name - none of the "solutions" worked

Hello all. I'm trying to setup my outlook account to Mac Mail to no avail. I have the right password and the mail is working flawlessly on the webmail, but I'm getting the **** "unable to verify account name or password" and I cannot pass thru that screen.

I checked the keychain and deleted a bunch of still with my email, I rebooted twice, I deleted the passwords that were stored.. but nothing seems to fix the problem. None of the tutorials that I've found seem to work, and I cannot find a way to ask help directly from apple.
