Apple Watch keeps announcing time

I had this problem at first too, but figured if you hold 3 fingers on the watch face for 2 seconds it announces the time I realized it was a feature so that you don't have to look at your watch. Maybe you are accidentally holding your fingers on the display?

Unpair and re-pair and setup as new.

I don't know what to tell you: I can't reproduce the behavior on my own Watch. The nuclear option would be to reset you Watch as a new Watch (don't restore it as it will reload a backup of your Watch). But before you make that drastic move, I would highly recommend you contact Apple Support: Get Support

Let's see what can be done:

1. When you say the Watch announces the time, do you mean the Watch speaks the time it is?
2. Or does it only chime?
3. Does it announce the time automatically on a regular basis, e.g. every hour?
4. If not, what action on your part triggers the announcement? Raising your wrist? Other?
