Switching ReSound hearing aids between iOS devices

I have an iPhone 11 and iPad Air (3rd gen). I just got a pair of ReSound hearing aids from Costco.

Is there an easy way to switch control between iOS devices?

I had to forget device on my iPad before I could take control of my hearing aids with my iPhone & Apple Watch.

I am on the latest iOS on both devices and using ReSound Smart 3D app.

Now, I can sync the hearing aids through the accessibility settings, but they lose sync if the Bluetooth is interrupted even for a moment, they won’t reconnect automatically like before, but must be manually restored through settings. I have very expensive hearing aids from TruHearing I am able to connect with the iPhone but not the MacBook Pro. Is there a way to do this? Am I able to use my hearing aids with the MacBook Pro. If so how?
