A high CPU usage by kernel_task in my MacBook Pro (2016) with Second Monitor

Hi,

I have been using my Mac for years with monitors and I am having this problem very lately. When I am using a second monitor (a portable monitor), my kernel_task goes crazy when I am having Zoom or MS Teams meeting. Did you find any solution for this prob?
