Hi all, my apple watch is not displaying the steps on the Vitality app. It's been working ok for over a year and now is showing VH_WATCH_STEPS instead of the total steps.
Tracking and syncing with the iPhone is all working ok.
I tried to uninstall and unlink phone and watch but I'm having no luck.
Has anyone seen this before?

Spoke to Vitality (who were very helpful) regarding this problem. They know all about it and are having discussions with Apple regarding the best way to fix it. It may require an update to the Apple Watch or it may need an update to the Vitality app. No estimated time frame yet.

Indeed, very annoying. It's definitely a vitality app issue. It happened after I upgraded my Apple Watch. Hopefully they will fix it soon. Thanks to those who took the time to call Vitality. I tried this morning and couldn't get through.

What does NOT fix it is: Powering off/on the iPhone, Re-installing the Vitality app on the iPhone, Powering off/on the Apple Watch, Re-installing the Vitality app on the Watch. As R0cket74 mentioned, the Watch app does send the steps to the iPhone Health app which updates the iPhone Vitality app. The problem is purely that the steps are not displayed on the Watch app. Could this be a bug within the app and an update is required?
