The necessary drivers should be installed as part of iTunes. Check for fluff in the docking port, try another cable, or see iOS device not showing in iTunes for Windows - Apple Community. Despite the title the same steps can help, although you may need to switch from the Microsoft Store version of iTunes to the traditional installer.
