I’m concerned somebody is using my Apple ID on another iPad because it says someone is using iPad (2) with my Apple ID to FaceTime. I only have one iPhone an iPad and I was currently on my phone. It wasn’t me. I’m not sure how to report this, what to do.

Check your device list to see if there is a device signed in that you don't recognize. You can remove the device using the steps in the article below. As a precaution, change your password.
