Hi, my daughter is 12 but put in the wrong year of birth when setting up her iPhone. I know that in order to change her age to under 13 she has to be part of a family group - she is and I am the organiser
When we try to put her correct DOB in an error message comes up that she is not eligible to create or edit an account at this time. When we press ok which is the only option, it defaults back to her wrong DOB
How do I correct this?
