I-pad will not connect to Apple Store can you help

Some things you can try. Do you have access to another WiFi network where you can try? That has worked for several people.

Try a restart.

Restart your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch         

Try a forced restart.

Reset Device.      

I can’t connect to the App Store on my Ipad. I’ve done a restart at least 3 times and it still won’t connect. I’m trying to download my Hulu app that was deleted by mistake. Please help.
