how can I stream Paramount channel on. the AppleTV app of my MacBook?

In the Apple TV app, select the Watch Now tab. You should see Paramount as one of the channels you can select. It is a pay-only channel, so be prepared to sign up for it and start paying Paramount their monthly fee, it is not free.
