Removing activation lock from an iPhone 4

I recently found my Father’s old iPhone 4 and I want to remove the activation lock.

I know the email for the Apple ID, but we don’t know the password for the email or the Apple ID. It was with a domain name that he sold a while back.

We tried the security questions - but apparently his answers were wrong.

He bought it ten years ago and we don’t have the receipt or the box as we have moved house to a different country since then.

Is there any possible way for me to unlock it?
