Calls fail/drop, only at home. But FaceTime works perfectly?

Hey there! For the past two days, my calls have started to fail after about two minutes in. Sometimes only after a few seconds. Doesn’t matter if it is an outgoing or incoming call.

This only occurs inside my apartment.

If I am away from my building, it works perfectly fine.

However, my FaceTime calls work perfectly while I’m inside.

I’ve tried turning airplane mode on and off, checked to see if Wifi calling was enabled(it wasn’t). Not sure what else to try? or why FaceTime would still work?

iPhone 6, iOS 11

Do you have internet/wifi in your apartment?

If so, FaceTime will go over wifi when that's available. Phone calls use your carrier's cellular connection. Do you have more than 2 bars when you're making calls?
