audio books pause by themself over and over

Has anyone experienced this? When walking and listening to audiobooks, after maybe 15 minutes, the app starts to pause and restart itself pause, restart, over and over.

This has happened for me when using the Libby app when listening to a library book, so I started using Audible, and it does the same thing.

I have tried new headphones, shutting down my phone and restarting, removing the app and re-loading the app, holding my phone so that nothing touches the screen when I walk, I tried locking the screen, nothing seems to help.
