Apple ID authorise

hello! When I try to download an app, AppStore asks me to enter the passcode. I’m not sure if I remember it correctly, but l’ve already downloaded an app on my new iPhone with passcode I think is right. So, now I have 2 problems: the password for Apple ID is incorrect and when I try to make new, Apple asks me to enter iPhone passcode and it is also incorrect! Although I’m 100% sure in it
