Hi Meghna,
I am facing the same issue with my Mac Air.
I have to keep it in sunlight or use a dryer to heat it up a bit for like 5 minutes. Post that it works fine.
I have also checked with Apple support but they do not have any clue about this and suggested me to go to service center.
It worked for me. Just that I have to do this every morning or when I haven't used it for like 4-5 hours. I will get it checked with the service center as well once things are normal here.
Try to connect with charger again and switch it on after 5-10 mins.
It only switches on when the battery reaches 100% and if left alone it switches off and then doesn’t switch on
Are you serious about using a dryer?
