Logic Pro midi tuning is too high than project tuning 440hz

Hello

I just started using Logic Pro on my new m1 Mac and have problems with midi tuning.

They seem too high though the project tuning was set on 440hz.

I have compared the midi A sound with 440 sine wave and apparently the midi sounds higher.

The sound between G and G# sounds fit for 440hz. Thats a lot of difference!

This happens on any instrument I tried, even on new tracks and new projects, and I have checked the transpose is 0.

What else should I check for?
