Help enable my hotspot

My hotspot has been disabled and I can seem to connect my phone with my laptop using the hotspot. Please any solution or assistance to enable it?

Hotspot service is provided by your cellular provider. If it is not working, you need to work this out with whoever you pay for cellular service.
