Language is received emails from apple

All my apple communications on my iCloud from your side arrive in German.

I have complained and they still do.

I do not speak German .. please English or French

Apple email notifications in another language, fraudulent activity suspected I received notification this week that requests were being made to change my apple password. Notifications were coming in both English and Arabic. I suspected fraudulent activity so I updated my password. Now, with every activity on my account I continue to get apple emails in Arabic. Chinese characters supplanting English characters in received emails Not for the first time,today I received an email from a known contact which was addressed to me in English but the message was very long and in what looks like chinese or some asian characters,this was on my iPhone. That same message from the same contact was received on my Macbook air and was much shorter,still covering the subject and signed off but in English. I never use anything but English and I'm sure my contact does the same. Mostly in the past the emails are unsolicited from advertisers and are always binned without opening. Any clues as to why this happens, I see many posts about the same thing.

Messages from Chinese people who claim they work for apple Hello I keep receiving these emails from some people called HAPPY and today I got one called PEACE, their messages are in Chinese and in translated them and it said this: Please go to the following link, we will ‘guide’ you to our members or leaders. And then like there was this wierd link with some emoji and I am receiving these messages a lot and one of them claimed they were from apple when the clearly weren’t. I would really like it if you could help me as I don’t know how they got my email. Thanks
