computer not able to reboot phone

my iPhone stopped working (caught in a continuous boot). I tried connecting it to my computer but the computer isn't recognizing it. I'm not sure what to do.

iPhone 11, iOS 14

Try using Recovery Mode as described in this support document, If you can't update or restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support
