Forgot Apple ID

When I am trying to update an application it tells me that my account is blocked and I need to unlock it. Despite the fact that temporarily I have a new Apple ID it still asks me the password to the old one and I can do nothing about that. But when I was trying to restore my password it said to me that some unknown problem appeared. I can download the application but not update it. So what Should I do?

Those purchases are tied to the other ID and can't be transferred. One option is to delete the apps/purchases made by the other ID and download them using the new ID if desired. After deleting the apps, it may be necessary to restart the device/computer before you can download the apps again. If necessary, check your purchases history to see which apps/purchases weren’t made by the current ID.
