Hub for MacBook Air m1 recommendations

What would be best. I have done a bit of research and found some options , any thoughts on these or do you have another recommendation?

First what I need to have ports etc for:

What I will attach:

1.   RollerMouse Red from contour design (usb port – a few years old)

2.   SSD external drive western digital, Extreme V2 has a USB-C port

3.  older Dell monitor (18 years old)- uses a HDMI to DVI-D Adapter, like a DVI-D plug on the hub  

4.  Future- probably at some point want to connect another SSD external drive  

5.  Mic connection – will be doing podcasts and will need a good mic connection    

6.  Future – a digital camera

Would appreciate your input and again if you have other suggestions- don't want to pay more than around $60.

Also, is it important to have one that has power supply?
