Apple TV Library on iPad and Apple TV 4K is suddenly empty!

Anyone else encoutering this issue. It suddenly happened to me 1 wk ago. On my ipad and apple TV 4K (one I bought around 2018 so not the new box) my library of movies and tv shows are suddenly gone. I’ve logged out and back in with same user id on Apple TV 4k on my TV. Reset, etc, etc, etc.

I also logged out and deleted the Apple TV app on my iPad and then downloaded it again and logged back in and nothing seems to work. Don’t even have the menu anymore. Have over 1500 purchases. Is this a glitch with apple when it comes to certain volumes of purchases showing in library (even if movies not downloaded). Like when it goes over a certain amount the library is unable to display all the purchases? Only place where it has not occured is on my iphone. It works fine and am able to see my full library.

Also, all my purchases show on “Movies Itunes” and TV Shows iTunes”. This issue only occurs in the Apple TV app library and on my ipad. For the latter, I have to go the “watch now” section to see my latest purchases or the search option to pull up a purchased movie or tv show which is kind of inconvenient.

There’s just nothing in the library as it just says “No TV shows or Movies. Your library is empty. TV Shows and Movies that you add to your library will appear here.” P.S. this all occurred before I updated to the latest 14.6 version and continues despite the update.

Am I the only one experiencing this as there is no report of this from Apple and the latest similar issues I could find were from May of this year but have no idea if a resolution is in the works. Thanks
