Apple TV 4K won’t display library

I made the mistake of purchasing 2 new 2022 4k Apple TV only to find out they are complete garbage because if you have 1,000 or more purchased movies it won’t display your library or any of you purchases. The worst part is Apple has known about this issue for over a year and refuses to fix. I use to be an Apple person but this experience has completely changed me I’m just glad I have a PS5 and Roku TV in which the Apple TV app library works. I’m actually holding off buying any new Apple products which means no IPhone 14 No MacBook Pro. I went so far to purchase my boys the new XBox, PS5 and Alienware laptops each rather than buying Apple Products which may or may not work.
