iCloud 1TB of 2TB used. My iPhone 253GB of 256GB used. Does not backup

I recently upgraded my iphone to 12 pro.

Last Fri, I could not take any videos anymore so checked and found out I used most of my 256GB. I checked my backup and it has not done backup recently. I used 1TB of 2TB so far and kept trying backup (my phone was locked, wified, powered).

I have no idea why it stopped working.

Also Airdrop does not work for my phone, either.

My phone was seen on Airdrop but when my friend sent photos, my phone did not show any notification.

If your backup isn't completing, check out he steps listed here to see if they resolve the issue: If you can't back up to iCloud
