Cant print envelopes macOS Big Sur

Version number of Big Sur?
Updating to the current version, 11.4 has been reported to solve some issues. Also recommended at the same time is updating the iWork applications (Pages, Numbers and Keynote) to their current versions—11.1 for each of these applications.
macOS update is done via System Preferences > Software Update.
Application updates via a login to the App store, and the listings for each of the applications.
Also check the website of the manufacturer of your printer for any software updates.
