My administrator password does not work on my new MacBook

My administrator password does not work on my new MacBook and as a result of the iCloud sharing, the password on my old MacBook Pro will not work either. I am not able to download new apps or other programs thsat require an administrator password.

MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 10.15
