I Can’t see if this question has been answered already. Game Apps downloaded from Apple Arcade - why can’t you exit or shut them down like a normal app? I’m having to literally hard close my phone each time as in turn it off and then back on - this only happens with apps downloaded from the arcade! Help

I’ve been doing all of that. But that is the problem. The apps literally render the phone useless - you can’t exit to call, you can’t exit to text, you can’t exit to see your calendar - you have to force the apps shut by switching off the phone.
I shouldn’t have to do any of that especially when the apps in question are coming directly from Apple Arcade which is actually a subscribed service. 🤷🏽♀️ All other apps behave fine - I’ve only had this problem with apps from arcade.
