Have ROKU TV, but Spectrum severed ties with ROKU & I can’t stream. Just moved and don’t want a cable box requiring exterior wires on the house, and Spectrum rep suggested an Apple TV box. The Apple remote is charged, but swipes up/down only and won’t respond to touch to select language, etc. Followed all instructions received and at apple.com. Any suggestions? Thanks!

Please Identify your Apple TV model and we can tell you if you use the Spectrum app. This assumes you are already a Spectrum customer.
