I can get the Apple TV remote to work with youtube TV but sometimes I cannot cursor left or right of the home button. I cannot go left or right to either Library or Live options. I have to reboot the Apple TV box.

If your issue is isolated to one specific app, then try these steps:


  1. Force-close and reopen the app
  2. Restart your device
  3. Check for updates
  4. Delete the app, then redownload it
  5. Contact the app developer
