Computer needed or I phone 11 with keyboard and Apple TV

I think you want to display content from your iPhone to your TV. If that is correct, you are referring to AirPlay. Please look over:

We are unclear still what you want to do. If for example you have some content on your iPhone and you want to mirror that to the Samsung TV, no computer is needed, just an Apple TV. However, not all content can be mirrored from the iPhone as some content providers prohibit their content from doing that.

If you have something like an Excel spreadsheet that is on your computer and you wan to use the Samsung as a second screen you either need a TV that supports AirPlay 2 or you need a computer and a Apple TV .
